Caitlyn is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher with 100 hours of advanced alignment training.  Discovering the power of practice in 2009, Caitlyn began to peel back her many layers of self-doubt, inhibition and creative blocks, discovering yoga as not only a practice in physical strength, but a practice of strength and wisdom in personal, creative, and entrepreneurial life. Caitlyn has over 4 years teaching experience. Throughout teaching Caitlyn has built bridges with TMI  Writing Workshop where she specialized in teaching yoga for creatives at retreats. Caitlyn also hosts a food and yoga retreat in Southern France yearly, and  writes for Elephant Journal, Mind Body Green, HandPicked Nation and has been featured on GrowAction.com.

She thanks her numerous teachers on her path, Katrina Gustafson, Ami Hirschstein, Lisa Schelein, Jeremy Wolf, Ian Maxwell, Julietta Claire, Buffy Barfoot, Elena Brower, Amy Ippolitti, Paramanhansa Yogananda,Kathryn Budig, Marie Forleo and Kris Carr. She has also completed and attended numerous empowerment trainings, philosophy workshops and seminars with Landmark, The Handel Group and Kripalu.
